Hey everyone Name's Marc and I'm a new member here.

I have a few questions about a used o/u shotgun I recently bought from a gun show. Of course it has no paperwork with it, and I was wondering if anyone could give me a head start on my search?

The shotgun is stamped :American Arms, Made in Spain, MOD. EAGLE
so far my web search has turned up -0-

can anyone help?

Thanks, much appreciated

I have an American Arms .410 o/u that I inherited from my dad. When I get home from work, I'll try and find the owners manual and see if I can find any info in it (manufacturer address, alternate name, importer, etc) that will help.

Unless a makers mark made it in (check the water table and the barrel flats), it is probably impossible to know who made an American Arms gun. American Arms brought in guns made by Francisco Sarriugarte, and they can be very fine indeed. The also imported guns from DIARM (the Spanish Government created, short lived conglomerate), and those ranged from pretty good to quite mediocre.

Sorry I don't have more info.
