Spoiler alert if you havent seen the latest episode!










Rick shoots a zombie in the head and it falls on top of him. Another is behind but he can't get a clean shot abound the dead zombies head, the other is reaching around knocking his gun away.

What to do?

He puts the barrel in the dead zombies mouth and shoots the other repeatedly through the back of the dead zombies head.

This is another advantage of revolvers, with an auto, it would jam after the first shot.
But this seemed like it needed to be a new thread.
 
If you get a chance, watch that scene again. After he shoots the zombie, at one point the camera shows the head wound from the back..you can see the muzzle of Rick's Python through the hole!:eek: Also, look closely as he takes the gun out of the zombie's mouth; I'm almost positive the gun he was holding was completely fake. Can't say I blame them there, after what happened to Jon Erik Hexum and Brandon Lee.
 
Sweet haven't seen the episode yet, but I couldn't quit reading your post! I liked the episode b4 last when he quick drew and sent them two guys in the bar to the UPPA ROOOOM!!! Love the show!
 
Its not nonsense, the idea may have some real world usefulness. You never know when you might have to shoot through an intruders mouth to get the second one. :D And AMC has demonstrated how a revolver will be the weapon of choice in this situation. lol << there we go gun content.
 
I saw it. Fun, but this thread really isn't about the Colt Python that Rick carries.

It's about Walking Dead, and that's off topic.
