I Sent this to amazon.com

I should start off by saying how pleased I have been with service from Amazon. However, I will no longer shop at amazon.com because I recently found out that you support Violence Policy Center, and they are against my Second Amendment rights. I will also encourage the school in which I work and everybody I know (students included) not to order from Amazon for this reason. My business will now go to Barnes and
Nobel.

HukeOKC: Right, they're not anti, just not very picky who they associate with. (Though it might be interesting to ask them what other groups conspiring to destroy constitutional liberties they've "associated" with; The Klan, perhaps? The Aryan Nation?) The Firing Line ought to become an Amazon.com associate; I buy a couple hundred dollars worth of books a year from Amazon.com, and I'd gladly do it through TFL.

I wish they would take a stand on the issue although it probably wouldn't be in our favor. As it is they are just out to make a buck and don't care what site links to them.
