I hope that is what your wife wanted for Christmas and not what you wanted her to have. Otherwise, enjoy Christmas in the doghouse! :D
 
LOL, I wish that it wasnt for my wife! She liked the K9 the other night when she looked at one; she just passed her CCW class and is in need of a concealed carry gun. She also likes guns that are different from what others have; I havent seen too many k9's with a black slide.

Kreyzhorse, I wouldnt mind spending Christmas in the dog house if I had that gun with me :D

awesome looking gun...

I've been hinting that I got mine one of those pink gripped revolvers... which I'm sure she really doesn't want... but instead she's getting this, with some additional custom work...

... but a pack of needles is getting taped to the underside of the inside of a box of 32 H&R magnum cartridges ( I'll have her open that box 1st, with the intention that she won't see the needles )... needles = bullets, then a pack of bobbins ( the little spool thingies for those who don't know ) go into one of my plastic revolver boxes spinning bobbins = revolvers... she will see that there is no actual revolver & see the bobbins & know something is up, but I expect she'll be steaming after opening the bullets... lastly she'll open this box... ( custom painted 50's sewing machine )... hope it keeps me out of the dog house for buying the 2 hand guns I bought for myself...;)

I'm with you......... My LCP purchase over the summer left me in the doghouse for a long time. That gun was worth it though!
 
Geeez Louise ! Whatever happened to the jewelry ? I'd be out on the street if I bought her something like that for xmas, or birthday.

Mine does! A little birdy told me that the long box under the tree right now has got a Marlin 336 in it. Well, that and the fact that I went with her to Dick's at the crack of dawn on Black Friday to point at the one that I wanted...

It ain't the first time it's happened, either...
 
I just brought home a pm9 for myself last week. Wife looked at it and said "I like that gun, its mine, where is yours?" I hope your wife likes the k9 as much as mine likes the pm9
 
My wife took a liking to my sig p230 for 4 wheeler rides..
On her 2nd ride i checked the gun and found my beautiful sig to be covered in fine dust:(

One trip to the range with her new Bersa lightning and all was well.

I snuck home with my new 870 turkey gun and she quickly spotted the new box in my gun room. "Whats that!!" she pointed. I wussed."you're birthday present"(it was in a couple days)

"Remington huh?" she says and walks out. Not having the funds to buy another remington anything..i gave her my shotgun. She loved the camo and short barrel. Just like it was made for her. It was put in her safe unfired and there it has sat for the last 7 or 8 years. I often think about it when i am turkey hunting with my....dove gun.
 
My significant other wanted the puppy, but I persuaded her that we should get the Taurus Millennium 45. A worthy compromise I thought.
