Well, I can explain some of it.

The year thing... well, they elect presidents on even years(leap years) so that's not so odd.

As for being killed on Friday, maybe the killers figured they could get away, hide for two days and be back at work on Monday.

Both were shot in the head, not that suprising, where else you gonna aim for? Best place to make a point when assasinating someone is to hit them in the head. Screwing up their head mutilates them most visably and therefore attacks their humanity in a sense.

As for the rest of it.. well, if you believe that Oswald really was part of a conspiracy, then all of the coincidences could have been purposely lined up that way by whatever sicko planned it all.
