Caspian makes a 6061 millet aluminum frame, NOT THE CAST FRAME made by them. They even offer the frame with the cut already done for the steel insert on the feed ramp. This year they also offer the frame in titanium. No ramp insert needed, but you have a host of other problems. I am looking to see if an Acc-u-rail system will fix the problems enough, but you still end up with the slide riding on the top of the frame rails. Les Baer makes an aluminum milled frame, just as good as the Caspian for double the money. RRA will not have one available this year. I have been waiting on them for two years and with their sales going as they are they are building steel guns as fast as they can and don't have time for alloy.
