anyone know where a person can find any data on this powder for a 204 or a 223???

Are those recipes the max or starting data??

Yes you can use the NBT data for VMAX.

Those are max loads.

REDUCE RIFLE AND HANDGUN CHARGE WEIGHTS BY 10% TO ESTABLISH A STARTING LOAD.
The exceptions to this are the loads listed as "target" in the 38 Special and 45 ACP data tables.

DO NOT EXCEED THE LOADS DISPLAYED ON THE SITE OR ALLIANT'S RELOADERS GUIDE.

You're right. There is no .204Ruger data yet. I gave you the link thinking surely they would have it but I guess not. I'd use Shoney's advise.

Here is some 204 data. Read the entire loading before using any of it. Some of the data is from folks that know what they doing, some of it, although censored by the adminstrator, is a little tall. Use at your own risk.

I contacted Alliant several months ago about 10X data. They told me I could use H322 data. Give them a call, they are very slow to respond to emails.
