I haven't had to wash it yet, but I sold the gun that it fit, so it's very gently used. I liked it a lot, and honestly like the neoprene better than the leather. I wouldn't machine wash it, but a run through the sink with some gentle detergent/dishwashing soap shouldn't hurt it at all.
