BM, I looked closely at the photo and realized the famous combat hero doesn't even have his weapon loaded! or at the very least doesn't have a magazine loaded. This demonstrates exactly how close he was to the enemy.

Some Vet. has critiqued this photo and explained why it was not in Vietnam. I don't remember all the reasons, but the clothing is not right. Also, it looks like he is going camping.
