I can never get through a metal detector without being searched. I've got a false leg with a steel shaft in it. As soon as I go through, I just explain that I have a false leg, pull up my pants leg a little bit and act like they have just insulted me to no end. At this point they wave their little hand held metal detector over it and pass me on..... Yep, it's a great place to carry a concealed weapon.
