Airline approved hard gun case for longrifles

I've been thinking about travelling with two long rifles (42" barrels min) and am at a lost as to who makes a hard case which is airline approved. Any suggestions as to brand and best price?

42" barrels? Holy crap!!

I have a goose gun with a 36" barrel and I can't find a case or even fit it in my safe.

I have to remove the bolt and put that in my safe so it can't be fired. Don't want to leave it out but at least it can't be fired.

Jagster, just drill the proper sized hole in the top of yer safe & let'r hang through
