Well, just so the readership doesn't think all I come here to do is moan and groan about a bad experience--I also recently had an experience with a bullet-maker which is the complete opposite.
I bought a thousand standard alloy 180 gr FP cast bullets from a company I wasn't familiar with--Worcester Bullet Co. LLC. They look beautifully made and nice and hard. Since I intend on trying to develop some warm hunting loads for my 10mm--I wanted as much information as I could get and I went on their website where they recommended not exceeding 1000 fps. That wasn't going to get me the kinetic energy I wanted for hunting so I gave them a call.
All I wanted to know was what the best performance range for the bullet is--and told the kind guy who answered that 90% of my loads would be moderate to mild--but I would also want to load some hot ones.
He immediately offered to take back as many bullets as I wanted and exchange them for anything I wanted. If they didn't have what I wanted--he even offered to work with me to custom make what I wanted. Even after I told him I did not want to return anything and I was happy with what I had--he again offered to exchange anything at any time if I wasn't satisfied.
I thanked him profusely for his advice and dedication to quality service to the industry. I honestly have no idea who these guys are and have never had anything to do with them until I bought their bullets a day ago.
