I have been considering some pellet guns (specifically, 2 or 3 Crosman 1377s -- why more than one, and why that model precisely, aren't the point of my current inquiry I do know there are similar, somewhat better, more expensive pellet guns), and find that pellet gun makers won't ship to Philadelphia.
I've been trying to find the exact rules on pellet guns in Philadelphia, but googling (on various search term combinations of Philadelphia, pellet, pellet gun, airgun, "air gun", Philadlephia gun laws, etc) has not yet turned up anything, and I'm hoping through sheer statistics that someone here might be able to point in the right direction; I left a similar inquiry at The High Road, as yet no responses. (I've also spent a while trawling through the city's official web site, no joy there either.)
Packing.org has general state laws, nothing about the special Philly rules.
I'm wondering exactly what the extent of the regulation is: no possession, full stop? What a PITA Though I like certain things about Philadelphia (as I like to tell people, it's a decent city for a few years of school, but I can't see living here beyond that), this kind of nonsense is transparently evil.
Any replies appreciated!
