AIM's Bushmasters?

I always seem to come across interesting stuff on AIM's website. They've recently added some Bushmaster AR-15s to their rifle list, and I was wondering how good those prices were. An advantage of ordering through them would be no sales tax.

I've pretty much decided I'm getting the 20" Heavy Barrel XM15-E2S. They want $729.95 for it. Anyone here with good or bad experience with that model? How does the accuracy compare to the 16" Shorty they also have on the site for $10 less? Of these two, is one model vastly superior and why? I'll be using the regular sights, practicing probably at 100 yards. I'd be shooting it at the range and along isolated dirt roads. Thanks for your input.

There will be very little mechanical accuracy difference between the 16" and 20" Bushmasters. The biggest difference will be the better practical accuracy of the 20" rifle's longer sight radius, this will minimize sight misalignment errors, generally resulting in better accuracy than the 16" rifle in average hands.

You rarely go wrong when you select a Bushmaster rifle, and the 20" is the most useful all-around factory rifle configuration. When selecting a post-ban rifle, 20" helps to minimize the flash signature as well.
