Interesting, it is not that expensive so I would say give it a shot (pun intended) if one of your rifles needs it. I have heard that some rifles need rebeding to shoot properly, this would be an easy fix.

Mine are free floated barrels, but I do have a Mini-30 I might try this on.

Thanks
Jim

I don't need it and wouldn't bother with it as it has to be installed by a gunsmith (probably) but I was curious as to whether it actually worked. There's lot's of long range shooters in here that might have tried it I figured. :p

Clearly this was designed with girly men in mind.

Plus I don't see what (if anything) it could do that couldn't be accomplished by sticking a small spring in it's place.

Women's hicking boots might not be a bad idea, but my feet are just too big. I also like warm beds, soft pillows, hot meals. All the other macho stuff, I did when I was young and stupid.

Or a toothpick wedged under the barrel at the forend. If you use the tapered style it would even be adjustable.Just slide it in for more pressure...

It looks like a .017 .432mm feeler gauge with electrical tape around the end, mounted in a loading fixture???
I agree the toothpick wedged under the barrel will do the same, if it needs a little adjustment just take it out & chew on it a little then put it back. LOL
