Aguila Ammo. Any Good?

I've been searching for inexpensive brass cased ammo for my .30 carbine and I came across some Aguila in the gunshop for $20.00 per box.

This is the cheapest I've found, so my concern is that this ammo might me junk. It says non-corrosive, but packaging doesn't always tell the exact truth.

Anyone had any good/bad expirences with Aguila?

I can only speak for there 22lr ammo and it is excellent, I prefer there 22 match over Wolf and others, very consistent in my guns.

I shot a box of Aquila 45 acp and had no problems whatsoever. It ran through my Kimber just like Win white box.

When I went back to the gun shop to purchase more they had raised the price above WWB so I haven't shot anymore.

Guess the word got out that it worked and the shop raised the price accordingly.;)

I found the Aquila 30 cal ammo to be very good.

The Aquila 22 is also good, quality match ammo.

If you really wont info on Aquila go to the CMP Forum. Lots of Aquila shooters over there.

Thanks. I figured since it was brass cased it would be fairly descent, but I wanted to see what expirences others had had.

I would not hesitate to buy the Aguila.
It is by far superior in many 22 rimfire standard and high velocity projects of mine. I also bought it in .380 and no problems.
Can't speak for more calibers, but yes, based on my limited experience with the brand name- I'd buy it.
