The hole is big enough to add somthing in there. If I offend anyone I'm sorry I'm just a guy who likes to tinker a bit

I mic. the hole out to be .223 wide and .500 deep

Any Ideas for payloads
i.e. mercury, primers, or a pointed steel insert.
Any other productive or fun ideas???

The Aguila h/p is aluminum is it not? I saw ballistic gellatin results of this round where it broke into four parts after impact, each going a different direction. That being said, I don't know if the combination of light weight and aluminum construction would allow for it to be a good carrying package. Chances are, whatever you add will change the balance of the round and might affect accuracy. The Sheriff in the Movie Jaws put cyanide (if memory serves) into his hollowpoints and then capped them with wax. Very odd. The Aguila probably work very well just the way they are.

What you have with this Aguila thing is a high probability for poor penetration. Avoid it like poison oak.
