That looks good. Is the Trailside easy to take down and clean? I have a Browning Buckmark that I like but it's kind of a pain in the rear to clean because it requires an allen wrench and it's easy to lose parts or strip the screws. The safety looks better on the Trailside, too. I'll have to check one out.

Do you have any problems with this wonderful
gear? feeding, auto burst? like the early standard trailsides? Do they have walnut grip like the picture they used to post @ the Sigarms site?

Where did you find a 6" Target!

I've been looking all over!

Pilate, stick to general discussion forum !
OK not 50 meters but 50 feet while resting on bench using 10 rounds of federal gold medal ultra match in a well lite indoor range. Yes it shot low for some reason, I have to adjust elevation next time. As far as reliability, I shot 1050 rounds with zero(FTF,pipes out,Jam...) I only had two misfires, And thats because I was tying out some crappy russian target ammo.

OK OK, You talked me into it, now let me have my arm back so I can run down to the gun store and purchase that wonderfull piece of hardware.
LOCHFAL

The price depends on model.
$349 for 4" fixed rear sight standard.
$389 for 6" fixed rear sight standard.
???? for 4" adjustable rear sight target.
$445 for 6" adjustable rear sight target.

Is 6" target bette than 4" target? Shooting times' review indicates no such difference. I still like the 6" better. Why? I don't know. Maybe because of the longer sight.

yes I read the article, It all depends what you are going to do with the gun. For just putting into your hicking bag and going on a trail get the 4" fixed. For long range accuracy and target shooting, go with the target 6". I found that the 6" were hard to zero in quickly for plate shooting (given the distance between the front sight and the rear sight). I think the 4" target would be ideal in all situations. I havn't seen one yet. It will be the hardest to get IMO.

I would never think of tossing that precious Trailside into my hiking bag. Not me though. I would use my battle proven .22 Ruger for hiking, plinking and my Trailside for target shooting.
