Aftermarket Stock for Ruger Mark II

I have a Mark II .270 Win which is in need of a new stock. I like the Houge but their website says it will not work on the Mark II with tang safety, I have this safety.

Anyone know of a synthentic stock for this gun. In the alternative, how hard is it to refinish a wood stock and where do I get the material necessary?

9mm----If it has a tang safety, I don't think its a Mark II but rather an earlier Model 77.

Looking in the Cabela's catalog---They have Bell & Carlson stocks for both----from $142.99 to $164.99 depending on the color or camo pattern---I like the tan web myself---too bad I don't have any rifles that need stocks--otherwise I would buy one.

Cabelas---1-800-237-4444 --they should be able to fix you up. They also have a web site.
