So explain to me again why we aren't allowed to own one of those MP5 "carbine rifles"?!! Hey INS - How about I trade you my evil AK-47 assault weapon for one of those sporting MP5 carbine rifles?!!!
 
But Glenn, I want one of them fully automatic "sporting carbine rifles", just like "my good old uncle Sam".

BTW, any one else notice how H&K made their new .45 ACP and .223 semi-auto carbines in GRAY polymer? I assume so the sheeple won't confuse them with our "evil black guns". So, if I invest 2 or 3 grand in the new H&K .223 polymer "AR", will the government leave me alone, since it isn't black? Just a thought.
 
Gusgus: Wouldn't it be cheaper to invest in some grey epoxy paint? Better yet, how about chartruse?

You know Brett, that gives me an idea. My wife's favorite color is Teal, and everyone knows that a Teal colored gun would have to be considered harmless. "Hey Sgt., we broke open his safe, but didn't find any assault weapons, just a bunch of harmless Teal target guns, and 10,000 rounds of purty pink ammunition." Huuummmmm....
