Aero Precision Flat top Upper

Anyone have any experience with these uppers? All the specs sound just like all the other manufacturers specs but nearly half the price. I wonder what gives. Am thinking of swapping out my A2 receiver for an A3 and wondering where to turn here. There are so many out there. Also would like to install a low profile gas block but not sure how to mount a sling. Is a rail mounted sling swivel on the bottom of Magpul MOE hand guards a good solid way to go?
 
Aero is a very large manufacturer. They make a lot of other companies uppers and lowers (I believe Spike's is Aero manufactured.)

Good quality stuff. Nothing to be concerned about.

If you're just looking for the upper, that's not a bad way to go. Also, reference the other thread on all the great deals from Palmetto State Armory right now... complete 16" upper for $360... includes BCG and CH.
 
Aero P has excellent quality!

I just built an AR using their upper and BGC bolt carrier group. Excellent quality! :D
