Advice on mounting MMC shotgun sights

I'd appreciate some insight into the possibility of installing my new MMC ghost ring sights on my win 1300 defender shotgun. The rear sight just goes on with two screws. I have a drill press that I could drill the receiver, and thread the holes. I'm no gunsmith, but I'd drilled and threaded lots of other things before. This doesn't seem too different. The top of my receiver has many lines that run along the top. I thought this would help finding center. I would also locktite the screws.Any suggestions, warnings, hints, etc??

Dear Sir;
What I'd be careful of is make sure what's under where you're going to drill & tap. Also use a square on side of reciever and flat on sight to get it on straight and plumb.
I also drill a small hole first and then ream with my tap drill (#31 for 6x48 and #28 for 8x40)
Otherwise I'd determine what front sight you're going to use, and, finally - I've found that just sighting down the lines and the front bead work as well as sights for me.
