ADVICE NEEDED: heavy-revolver shoulder holster

Im partial to IWB holsters, but sometimes they aren't practical...
Any advice for a heavy-revolver shoulder holster for concealed use (for guns such as a Ruger Alaskan Super Redhawk or a Service Six revolver)?

I have a triple K I use for a small automatic. I like it because it is light and does not fasten down with a belt. However, I dont think that would work for a large frame revolver. http://www.cowboyneeds.com/278.html

For my N frames, I only have a field shoulder holster.

The Bianchi X-15 is an old design and still a good one.

Possibly the best design of all was the "Dirty Harry".
It's "supposed" to still be available from Lawman Leather, but I've heard some disturbing stories about people not getting their holster or their money back.

+1 for the Bianchi , I carry a 4" GP full shroud compact grips comfortably in the feild or concealed.

Actually the x-2100 Bianchi is more suitable, I've got 3 or 4 of them off of E-Bay and they are all like new.

Not sure what barrel length you're talking but keep in mind Bianchi does not make the X15 shoulder holster for the 4" Model 29. I was looking for one a few years ago, ended up calling them. At that point in time they had no plans to begin making one either.

I use a Guide's Choice chest holster for my Redhawk 4.2" .
Not really intended as a CCW, it can work well if you rearrange it a bit.

The X-15 is one of only a few holsters known to fit my 327 TRR8. I'm happy with it, though it is a bit squeeky. I need to lube it up with some silicone, and replace the played-out elastic back strap. Very well made (except for the elastic).
