Adjusting RAR trigger

Hi All, I have not googled this yet so sorry if you think I am lazy. I pick up my new RAR in 22WMR tomorrow. I am expecting the trigger to be hard...how do I adjust it? Are there instructions?

I am going hare (jackrabbit) shooting Friday night and want it working well. Am taking my Axis in 223, 10/22 with new Hogue stock and Beretta Xtrema. Deer on Saturday...cannot wait.
 
Just turn the screw, if you want it lighter than the factory spring, use a lighter spring or cut a coil off the factory return spring.
