adjustable turret scope questions

I've been looking for an scope with adjustable turrets and I was wondering do they have a way to lock a set zero. I've never had a scope with adjustable turret. And I want to set a 100 yard zero and just adjust up from there and not have to take extra shots to re-zero it before im done at the range

Most quality scopes ahve a way to sight in and then zero the turrets so that you are udjusting elev and wind from a known point and can always drop back to the zero yardage...

Some require that you actually remove the knob via a set screw then remount... Others have a cam-lok lever that you lift up adjust then relock...
