There should be some two set screws in the comb itself for height adjustment, you may have to take the comb off for left and right adjustment. With an empty gun, get in front of a mirror and see where the pupil of your eye is in relation to the bead. It should be at or slightly above center. If not, adjust comb till it is. That will get you started. You'll have to hit the range and shoot to get it dialed in.
