I was watching C-span last night and noticed
that the ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) supporters were quoting the 9th Amendment as the reason that we should install handicapped fascilities on renovation. (this was all in the fight with Dirty Harry)
What a concept!
"The enumeration of certain rights contained here in shall not be construed to deny others retained by the people"...
My point here is that when people complain that, "we do not have a Constitutional Right to own a firearm", should we reply that, "you do not have a Constitutional Right to DENY it to me!"
Can we get some play on this in the mainstream media? Please?
