J Jim Watson New member Jan 9, 2013 #2 P.O. Ackley was a custom gunsmith, barrelmaker, and small time manufacturer. I doubt there is such a thing as a manual for an Ackley Mauser. It works like any other '98 Mauser with consideration of whatever he did to the trigger.
