Accurate+Light, AK-47(an Oxymoron)

What are the more accurate versions of the plane jane stamped AKM rifles, what shoots the best groups, the chinese, romanian, egyptian, or what. I'm looking for 3MOA or less, can it be done?
 
In 7.62.x39, my Yugo is ~2.5MOA...but you said 'plain jane' didn't you...? I've seen some of the Hungarian guns do that good too. A friend has a 5.45 Romanian that does better(SAR-2). It's definitely
doable...
 
I have found that the Post-Ban Polytech AKS is pretty accurate for an AK. Using Remington Ammo I could maintain a 3" group at 100 yards . You will not be dis-pleased with a Poly and for $349-399, you cant beat it. I got mine at www.cdnninvestments.com
