I never liked the relatively extreme grip angle on the regular Rugers. It has kept me from owning one all these years. I initially thought this was a magic conversion to a 1911-style grip but then I see that the 22/45 is a thing. I've got to research this...

I have to ask. The one, that appears to have a 2" barrel, how is it's accuracy?

Actually it's a 3" barrel because the barrel starts at the ejection port . I do all my shooting standing off hand. I keep all my shots inside a 2 3/4" Shoot N See at 50 feet. Burning a 1" hole. In the center. It's my favorite range gun and plinker.

Ruger offers their pistol in a zytel material with a angle similar to the 1911 and I use them also but the Volquartsen 1911 style frame is my favorite.

That short barreled one is one I think Ruger should produce. IIRC, it once did produce its standard barrel ones having a 1911 grip frame.
