I just attended a wedding this past Saturday of the daughter of an old friend. I haven't seen Tom in a couple of years because I have been working in Illinois. He is a great guy but a very stubborn Republican. But we have rediscovered a similar interest in protecting our families and homes. Tom informed me that he and his wife have been considering getting a handgun for home protection. I was so excited...you see if I go gun shopping with Tom, then I can also purchase another gun without my wife complaining about me buying something I don't "really need". Kinda like when she goes shopping with the Kid and they both come home with stuff they don't need...I love it! I always knew Tom would come in handy LOL.
 
You must understand Gunner, when I met Tom, both of our daughters were in Kindergarten and I was a lowly Democrat. What can I say, it was a lack of proper upbringing LOL.
