I'm new to shotguns and recently purchased a 26" 12 ga. Remington Express with the parkerized finish (rough outer surface). I've put about 150 - 200 shells through it so far shooting trap - all 1 0z. #71/2 and #8. When I was cleaning it tonight I noticed what I first thought was a scratch when looking through the barrel. Upon further inspection, it looks like a very slight surface crack in the barrel about 3 inches or so in from the breech end and probably measures a little over an inch. It doesn't look any deeper than a scratch. It's not straight and it has a few little "spider legs" (best descrition I can come up with) coming off it. Is this something I should be concerned about? From everthing I've read, these things take a licking and keep on ticking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
