If not working, isn't it great to have a range to yourself?
I've had that box of ammo included in my testing. Did not perform to my expectations. Yours might vary. We shoot different rifles.
Can you say what you are trying to achieve as far as accuracy and at what ranges? Did that brand meet your criteria? How did it compare to others that were better or worse?
I love the smell of gunfire in the morning. Smells like- steel chickens.

I purchased a case of Eley Sport from the CMP at Camp Perry in 2008. Only a couple of hundred rounds left now. It is not as accurate as SK Std Plus in my CZs but it is quite acceptable for most of my needs. I used it in my CZs to compete in a 50 yard silhouette match that we hold locally and in the CMP Sporter 3 position matches. I shoot the CZ FS, Special (pictured), and UltraLux in the open sight classes and the CZ American in the optical class.

I had a scope on another of my CZ 452 Special/Trainer rifles back in 08 and ran this little 50 yard shoot out. As you can see at the bottom of the target the rifle will deliver sub half inch groups at 50 yards with the SK and Wolf products. By the way, the far left group with White Box in the top five target row is mislabeled at .51". It was a little over an inch.

I'm pretty sure that CMP Aguila White Box and the Eley Sport are both the same ammo as Aguila Standard Velocity.

I think we think alike. I enjoy range time alone with a couple really good rifles and ammo. My first choice of ammo would be Aguila Standards because they do produce single ragged holes for chickens and pigs. For turkeys and rams the spread is minimal with every round fired well within my desired limits.
I just thought I'd try something different because I like to tinker with the hardware. I tested a box of SK STD Plus compared to SK Match, then bought bricks of each. SK STD Plus gives me better accuracy, over all, in both rifles, but the SK Match can give better accuracy in some cases but not in both rifles over all four ranges.
The Aguila STD is an outstanding shooter in bother rifles across all four ranges. Midway USA happened to have the SK on sale so that is what I shoot this day. Either brand is more accurate than I can be. And like I said, the SK was offered on sale and it works better than many others I've tested.

I love a good afternoon off, with my Anschutz, a big ammo can full of different .22s, a bull bag or my bipod, and my little metal spinner set at 100yds.
I'll sit or go prone and ding that little metal spinner all afternoon.

I've got everything from Eley yellow box down to Remington Thunderbolts in my .22 ammo can. They're all fun! :)
