I was looking at a new Ruger KGP 160 and there seemed to be a colorful piece of plastic in the cylinder. Does anyone know what that was? Maybe nothing since I did not swing the cylinder out for a good look.
My GP100 came with one, if in place it shows you that your gun is empty if you are looking at the side of it. Ruger says not to dry fire with this safety disc on the cylinder.
