A pair of Ruger Security-Sixes

I just acquired a pair of NIB Ruger Security-Sixes. The first one shown below is a very low first year serial number 4" 150 series blue Security-Six manufactured in early 1971. The second one is a 2-3/4" blue Security-Six manufactured in 1979. Although I have the boxes and paperwork, these are not pictured below:

Nice bookends! Congrats on your find - they certainly are nice! But then they're Rugers! I really like Rugers! Thanks for sharing them with us . . you are a lucky man indeed! :):D:rolleyes:

I don't aim to be bragging-but, there is one more NIB Ruger to add to these two. It's a 4" Police Service-Six .357 like yours-except, that it's a stainless "Liberty" model.:)

OP, nice pair of Security Sixes. Like them a lot. I also just scored a nice one. I am going to post a picture in forum but I'll do it in another thread, so I don't high jack yours. Congrats on your find!:D

There is a NIB stainless Ruger Police Service-Six "Liberty" model that was included with the above two Security-Sixes, that I have not received yet. So, I'll post pictures as soon as I have obtained this revolver:rolleyes:.

boa2,

Sweet!

I like all the Six-series guns.

When I was young and a USAF enlisted man, the Rugers were a bargain over the S&Ws. The Security Six was my first Magnum revolver around 1978 and has remained a favorite ever since.
