It's 'serious, but accurate' and certainly more acceptable in polite company than, say, 'efffing @-hole'.
What a piece of work is Jesse. I was living in Chicage when he was running Operation PUSH, and I remember how the Feds yanked their funding because it was so badly mismanaged and corrupt, and not actually doing anything for the people it was supposed to be helping. Any white guy pulling what he did would have gone to jail in a blink. Bro. Jesse has never been elected to anything, has never really served a legitimate consitituency, and while he may have a divinity degree from some where (offa the back of a comic book or matchbook cover?), as a 'man of the cloth', I'd put him right up there with Jim Bakker, Jimmy Swaggart and others of that ilk, stealin' in the name of the Lord.
