A nice 41 magnum Mountain Gun came home today.

There I am looking it over, I have the zip tie cut off of it so I can check the action, but wait WHERE'S the firing pin?!?! Oh wait I said to myself this is one of the fancy new ones. Geez I hope the other N-frames don't make fun of it for being so different.

Now the serial number starts with CCW, do you think it's trying to tell me something?

I like those Mountain Guns, although I haven't managed to acquire one yet. The two I handled were .45 ACPs, but a .41 Magnum would be another great choice.

Don't worry about the tribe dissing your new pet.

None of my Ns have even rolled an eye.

Even the old triple lock welcomed him into the fold.

Staid md 58 even asked where he could get such a svelt barrel.

The range report will have to wait, I'm placing my order with Midway right now. :)

I don't think the other N-Framed children have noticed this one is a little odd yet, they're all still picking on the Nickel Model 19 that joined the clan a couple of weeks ago.
