1911 style pistol with a DAO trigger that is the lightest DAO trigger you can get your grubby little hands on. 14+1 rounds of .45 !!! This has got to be one of the best SD/HD guns on the market today. LEO's have gotta love the thing. It is safer than say a Glock because of the external safeties. It cant be carried cocked and locked so that doesnt freak anyone out, it is always ready to be fired same as my glock. The only problem is it is a big gun. But give Para-Ordnance time. They are already coming out with a single stack and if the LDA takes off I look for them to come out with a polymer version. If you have not tried it you have to. I was very skeptical at first. For some unknown reason I bought one and fell in love. I could go on forever but I wont. I know I will get flamed about right .......... now.
