A few books everyone should read.

Levine was one of the DEA's best, if not the best. 60 minutes calls him "America's top cop". He's also been interviewed by Good Morning America, NBC & CBS Morning Shows, MacNeil-Lehrer News Hour, 20/20 and many others.

This guy openly states that the CIA created La Corporacion which is "The general motors of cocaine". He also talks how pro-DEA Bolivian government officials were tortured and killed by a CIA sponsored paramilitary. I know this sounds like a 9/11 conspiracy but I'm not sure 60 minutes and others would give him so much credit if it was.

*Note to mod: Since Levine was federal agent for 25 years and this book involves paramilitary combat, it goes without saying that these books are firearm related.

*Note to wacki: Just because a book mentions guns, doesn't make the discussion of the book firearm related for the purposes of this forum.

This thread is off topic for the General Discussion forum, but I think it fits in Legal and Political just fine due to CIA and DEA subject matter.

Moving there now...
