I just thought for kicks I'd quote some of our own Declaration of Independence for you:
" He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harrass our people and eat out their substance" (FDA, DEA, DOA, DOEnergy, DOEducation, DOJ, DHHS, HUD, ATF, DOC, FEMA, IRS, so on and so forth)
He has combined with others to subject us to a juristidiction foriegn to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation" (WTO, NATO, G7, GATT, NAFTA, UN ect...)
" For protecting them , by a mock trial from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states..." (Waco, Ruby Ridge)
"For depriving us in many cases of trial by jury" [if a judge can dismiss a jury for a finding not to his liking, then we nolonger have trial by jury]
"For cutting off trade with all parts of the world" [unless they sign on to one of the aforementioned organizations]
"For imposing taxes on us without our consent" [to pay for abortion, sloth, laziness, and things neither needed nor asked for]
"A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant,is unfit to be the ruler of a free people"
It really shouldn't suprise you about the Waco ruling. There was enough "grey" area there for the govt. to weasle out of anything. Lon Horiucci on the other hand, should be tried for murder, and upon conviction, spend the rest of his days in a deep, dark cell. Even in war, when you shoot a non-combatant, especially women and children, you face the charge of murder, and the possibility of the death penalty upon conviction. When you shoot a nursing (unarmed)mother, I think there should be a special place in Hell for you.
