I just stumbled onto this by accident,,,
it looks way kewl though.

It took a while to get it figured out,,,
But it's free custom targets in Adobe .pdf format.

Try it, gang. Everything can be customized - number of targets per page, size and color of center dot, number and spacing of rings, whether or not numbers are printed. Very nice.

For the metrically challenged like myself, the A4 (297x210) size is the one that corresponds to standard 8x11 paper.
