I received this e-mail from a 17 year old young lady who needs some pro gun help. She needs a video with a pro-gun perspective Against Gun control she needs it quick. Here is a chance to show one of Americas youth what kind of community we really are, and she will be sharing that info with others. We could use a few more converts so please give her whatever assistance you can. Remember we have a chance to shine here ....... Thanks

Let the young lady know we DO care--a lot. If I had a video I would ship it post haste. What is her time frame? Does anyone know where to obtain a quality presentation video?
 
I remember that the NRA had a one-hour show concerning the events in England and Australia last winter. Ran in the early morning on TNN and ESPN, I believe, before the Saturday morning outdoors shows. They may be able to help.

She said 25 May, not much time to get anything to her. I think Dillon's has or had some pro-2nd Amendment videos but getting one delivered by Thursday will be a mite hard.

I told her I had plenty of on-Line textual references from well known criminologists, and I let her know how very much I care. Her is my response:

First let me say thank you for visiting my site and thank you for the
input, I was pleased to hear that you found The Anti-HCI Site Informative and interesting.
As for the Video, I do not have one or a source for one but I will ask
my pro gun friends to give you a hand, you may well have what you need in a
short time. Right now try this , Call Jamie Royer at the NRA Eddie Eagle
Program ( 1-800-NRA-8888) (You may have to maneuver through the touch tone
system,) and tell her what you need, she is usually Very accommodating and
may have exactly what you need. I have numerous sites that quote well known
Criminologists if you want textual data with references.
As for Caring, I always care, Especially where My (our) Right to Keep and Bear
Arms is concerned, and I will always lend assistance to those that ask where
I can. If you are doing an Essay I would enjoy reading it and if you give
references for your data I may even post it to my site under the "In My
Humble Opinion section" (IMHO). I will check around and I will pass this
e-mail on to several of my Pro-Gun Friends to see if we can assist you in

Her name sounds familiar to me too, she wasn't the girl that the school wouldn't allow a picture of her with her High-Power competition rifle in the year book was she?
 
Slowpoke, Mi Amigo, you are indeed a gentleman and a scholar, I hope that she is able to put together a Pro Gun presentation that opens the eyes of the dissenters. I have asked that she inform us of how it all goes and the responses and reactions from her classmates and Teachers. I can only hope that this is all taken in the vein that it was intended and people do not over react ( Or else we may be reading about it). I loaded her up with facts and figures with references and other sites with additional info. With that much ammo behind her, if she is any kind of writer or orater she will get an A+. For those of you who gave a hand and were so kind as to take it upon yourself to help out I thank you. We made a great impression and maybe even changed some minds. It sounds as though Jessica and company did very well in their presentation So SlowPoke Mi Amigo take a bow for getting those tapes out. Here is what Ms. Jennifer sent me............
