any info on..
A FOAF brought me a 1 and 1/4 inch 12 gauge shell. I'm curious to find out something about it.
All spanish writing, 12 AGUILA on the base, and "7x4B+1P" in one line followed by "19g 293ars"
on a black plastic case.
any info or links?. I tried the faithfull google to no avail.
 
They are a decent round for intended purpose... Riot suppression where ROE allows lethal force such as inside prisons. Allows a ton of rounds in the tube. A few easy mods make the pump gun cycle fairly well. In my neck of the rendneck world they are considered a great "across the fence" poacher round for deer as the boom is much subdued.

We shot a few of those at an academy once. Seemed like an interesting concept. Don't remember how many pellets but it was a noticeable amount. They grouped well. I think you have to modifty the gun to make them work reliably, but I like the concept.

edit 12 buckshot pellets at 1200 fps is nothing to sneeze at.
