9mm Cast Shooting Low

I just shot my first cast reloads and they consistantly shoot low. I'm 99.9% sure that it is not me. Has anyone experience this? I am thinking that I may need to increase the powder charge a bit closer to the max load. Here is the load details:

Powder: 3.6 grains Bullseye
Bullet: 115 grain RN Missouri Bullet

Any ideas?

I would bump the grains up. I do not load wimpy stuff. I pick a HP bullet and a cast of buy a solid and keep the bullet weights and poeder charges the same so POI is the same. My only exception is for Cowboy Action Loads and that is because of the Cowboy Action Rules.

I don't have a load book handy, but with my 9mm loads using Green dot, I found that the higher the powder charge- the lower it would group. Have you started at the beginning load and worked your way up in 5-shot increments?

Low as compared to what?

When pistol shooting, the higher the velocity, the lower the point of impact.

Cast bullets of the same weight usually exit the barrel faster than jacketed. I use 125gr cast to match my 115 Jacketed loads on the target.

Raise the rear sight if you are going to keep this load.

Increasing the powder charge will make it even lower. Decrease the powder charge will help until the action shops functioning.

If you have a fixed sights gun or you are trying to keep the sights the same for another load, you can go to a heavier bullet which typically are slower (unless you buy Buffalo Bore or something).
