9mm bolt action

With the rimfire shortage (4 years now?), it's baffling that 9mm carbines in any action type never caught on.

Considering the high price of the carbine, and that rimfire shortage is finally showing signs of letting up, it's not really compelling except as a suppressor host.
 
Could definitely be a lot of fun. I've always wished someone would do a bolt gun in 5.7.

Savage did it once and it didn't sell well. I can't seem to find any for sale or I would probably pick one up.
