9mm black powder velocity

hi everyone, i'm doing some calculations to solve solve some questions i asked myself.

does anyone have velocity numbers on black powder in 9mm para?
would be nice to see what velocities you get with different grain bullets.
i'm not looking reload data, i only need bullet grains and muzzle velocity with barrel length to calculate stuff.

hope someone can help me

I really doubt anybody has done that. I'm sure some have tried bp in a 9MM tho. I know my 1911 eats bp .45 ACP very well, at least through five mags. :D

I guess I'm really wondering why you might do that...
If it's an exercise in comparison, then I can completely understand the curiosity. If it's because you want to shoot BP in a 9mm, then I don't really get it.

I have loading data for .36 &.44 which equal an 81gr and 138gr round ball respectively, but nothing for 9mm which if I recall is an 118gr bullet in jacketed conical. You might be able to interpolate, but it will depend quite a bit on barrel length. How many grains of BP will a 9mm case hold? I don't even know.

Anyway, with a bit more information on barrel length and case capacity we could take an educated guess.
