940 airweight conversions?

Anybody done one? what where the results/

Just a cylinder swap or also barrel? Any pictures??? :cool:

I am thinking of making a 938..and am thinking about just bringing both guns to my gunsmith and swapping barrels to just to make it offical.
 
I call mine a model "937", and it works just fine. Fitting up a new cylinder from the factory is not a job for the neophyte wannabe 'smith, however.

For safety's sake I practice with light 9mm reloads, or reinstall the .38 spl. cylinder. The gun has digested a couple wheels full of Hydra Shocks however, to make sure it functioned properly, and hit somewhere near POA.
