92s Sights - Any Options?

I bought a beautiful 92s a while back.
It looks and shoots like a brad new gun.

The problem is I’m at that age where the military sights are just to small and low for me.
I have highlighted them with orange and white to make them more visible and it helps but still not enough to make the gun a pleasure to shoot.

My only thoughts were to build up the front blade and install a different rear sight but I have my reservations this can be done without major work and costs.

Looking for suggestions before I trade it off.

If this belongs in the workbench section - please move.

You can try using a small file and opening up the rear sight a bit. I have done that with a few fixed sight guns. Found the extra bit of day light helps me focus on the front sight.

If you change the rear sight out, all I can say is have fun. The safety lever needs to be removed and it's a very small, less than 1/16th inch roll pin. Needs a special punch and they tend to fold up on reassembly so order a spare as part of the sight change. Hate changing those. :o
