91/30 lands and grooves

Hi i found out the diameter of my bore by sagging it. How deep should the grooves be on the lead egg sinker weight should be? when looking down the barrel they look great. I did notice that the lands don't go all the way to the muzzle but it shoots pretty good at 100 yrds with iron sites. When I sited it in i had very high winds and with my vision not so good these days, i was hitting about a soft ball size area. Just curious on how deep the lands should be. thx
 
When it was new the grooves were .005" or more deep and went all the way to the muzzle. Yours has been worn down by many years of cleaning from the muzzle with the iron rod provided on the gun.
