I have a glock 19 and I like to shoot at a range once a week or so. The cheapest 9 mil luger I have found is at Wal Mart for $6.47 per 50 round box (Winchester). The price of 4 boxes and the range fee is about $38. This causes my better half to get naggy. So, I need to know if there are practice rounds that are much cheaper somewhere that are trustworthy. I appreciate all answers. Thank you in advance.

Unless you start reloading you won't do much better then Walmart. It's possible to get S&B cheaper in 1000 rnd. lots but by the time you add-in shipping you haven't saved much.
Your problem seems to be the range fee. Are there other ranges around, look for a NRA affiliated club. Might cost 100/year or so and you could shoot many more times in the course of a year.
